NARS Creamy Concealer DUPE! with the Maybelline FIT Concealer

I currently wear the NARS Creamy Concealer in Medium2 Ginger, and I was on the search for the less expensive dupe. I found the Maybelline FIT me concealer and I think I found the perfect dupe for NARS in Ginger!

At first glance the NARS looks slightly lighter. Also the NARS texture on much more creamy verses the FIT me is much more liquidity. The FIT me also as a slightly more cool pink undertone and the NARS has a much warmer/neutral undertone.

The NARS concealer as better lasting power, but overall they are both really good concealers! Definitely check out the FIT me if your on a budget!

Maybelline Creamy Beige Leather Color Tattoo - SWATCH!

Maybelline Creamy Beige Leather Color Tattoo

Currently loving this Maybelline Leather Color Tattoo in Creamy Beige! I use it as a base and it is a great crease color giving my eyelids a soft brown wash of color. This is defiantly build-able too!

M.A.C 'Burgundy Times Nine' Eyeshadow Palette and 'Amber Times Nine' Eyeshadow Palette - SWATCHES

When I first saw these M.A.C. palettes I was super excited! The colors looked amazing on the Nordstrom website. I purchased the 'Burgundy Times Nine' Eyeshadow Palette and the 'Amber Times Nine' Eyeshadow Palette, both retail $40.

But a fair WARNING for those who did not see these palette's in person! Because they look amazing online however the palette is the size of a small normal M.A.C quad.

Overall..... I'm the sort of person who has only four M.A.C. full sized shadows, and I had none of the ones in this palette. Personally I'm in love with these! Because now I have 18 NEW M.A.C. shadows! LOL
So I think if your new to M.A.C. and trying things out, I think these are a great alternative for a decent price.

Sally Hansen Miracle Gel | Swatches and Review

With all the craze of gel nail polish, I thought I would try these fairly new Miracle Gel nail polishes from Sally Hansen. These are gel with no light needed! Which is a plus for me!

 From Left to Right:

Top Coat, Bare Dare, Birthday Suit, Twiggy, and Pinky Promise

Top Coat: The Top Coat is really nice! I've been also using it as my top coat with other nail polishes and it has amazing lasting power.

Bare Dare: The lightest nude, more of a neutral beige
Birthday Suit: It has a slight pink tone beige
Twiggy: More of a gray toned beige
Pinky Promise: A beautiful baby pink but slightly darker.

Overall, I'm really liking these Gel polishes! They do last more days than other polishes and have good pigmentation.  I'm excited to see if they come out with new shades!

Samy Salon Systems: Fat Hair "0" Calories Amplifying Hair Spray

I've been trying out different hair sprays and I was most excited about this one because one of my favorite youtube beauty girls mentioned this "Fat Hair "0" Calories Amplifying Hair Spray" She has super amazing/beautiful hair, so I was like "I MUST TRY!"
Her channel :http://www.youtube.com/user/everlong121/videos

The hair spray is really really nice!  The smell is not as strong as my normal TRESemme one.  I have wavy hair and just a  spray at the ends keeps my hair nice and wavy most of the day.  It can get a little hardening if you over spray but overall it was really nice.  I also tried it on my sister, who has super straight hair, that doesn't curl, and her hair lasted over 12 hours.  It might vary by what you do to your hair first because I did curl her hair first but it went down nicely.

The only negative thing is that it was $12 at ulta, pricey for a hair spray, but the bottle is large.

Estee Lauder Gift Set from Nordstrom

I was so excited when I got the latest Estée Lauder free Gift Set when you spend $42.59 from Nordstrom and I have to say not too bad!!  I was mostly excited for the eye shadow palette and the sample of Time Zone Line and Wrinkle Reducing Creme.

I haven't tried the Soft Clean Cleanser, but I've tried the Time Zone Line & Wrinkle Reducing Creme.  It has about 0.5oz in the bottle, which is quite a lot considering it's free. I placed it on my laugh lines and I do see a bit more smoothing around that area, but being that I'm still pretty young (21), I can't truly say that I can see a reduction of wrinkles.

The Sumptuous Mascara is okay, only because I've tried soooo many mascaras.  Plus, I tend to gravitate towards dryer, and waterproof formula mascaras.

Now the most exciting thing!! The Pure color Eyeshadow compact! It has an overall a very neutral color palette. Which is good cause I'm a neutral kinda girl. It states its .35g each eye shadow;  my personal favorite is the deep wine red in the "12 Raisins" bottom section of the palette.  All of the eyeshadows except the Blue in the "07 Waves" section, is nicely pigmented.  The blue came out so sheer, I had to layer a ton to get decent color payoff.

Top Row: (LEFT) Twinkle Pink Shimmer (MIDDLE and RIGHT) 07 Waves

Middle Row: (LEFT) Hot Cinnamon (MIDDLE and RIGHT) 05 Khakis

So Gorgeous!

Bottom Row: (LEFT) Lavish Mink (MIDDLE and RIGHT) 12 Rasins

 Back!

A Tub (0.5oz) of Time Zone Line and Wrinkle Reducing Creme

Cosmetics Bag- very nicely sized!

Swatches of the Dual-Ended
(LEFT) Gloss in Peach Sizzle
(RIGHT) Pure Color Lipstick (0.04oz) (layered several times)

The lipstick and lip gloss are super sheer. Nice spring colors but I would have liked them to be more pigmented.

 Outershell of Eyeshadow Compact

Overall, I'm very happy about the gift set, and it's really just worth it for the Advanced Night Repair, the eye shadows, and the wrinkle cream.

Laura Mercier: Second Skin Cheek Colour in Rose Bloom

This Laura Mercier blush was one of the very first blushes I ever got.  It's a matte finish, and a a very beautiful mauve pink color, it also has a slight coral undertone to it.  On my olive skin, it brightens up my face a bit. I love it because it's matte and because I gradually get shine throughout the day (depending on the weather) the matte blush helps me control/lessen it.

Purchase again:  Yes!
